1. Payments

• All sessions and programs must be paid in full prior to commencement.

• Payment confirms and secures the student’s place.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

3. Missed Sessions

• Missed sessions are not refundable.

• Where possible, alternative sessions may be offered at the discretion of Day One Education.

4. Credit-Based Sessions (Toolbox Math)

• Credits must be used within the specified validity period (e.g. 3–6 months).

• Unused credits after expiry are forfeited.

• Bookings made using credits are subject to the standard cancellation policy.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are not provided for change of mind or non-attendance.

• In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Day One Education.
