These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Day One Education. By enrolling in any program or session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services

Day One Education provides educational services including:

• High school mathematics tutoring

• Apprenticeship preparation programs

• Ongoing numeracy support

• Holiday and workshop programs

All services are delivered in a small-group format unless otherwise specified.

3. Enrolment

• Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

• Places in programs are limited and allocated on a first-paid basis.

• Day One Education reserves the right to decline or cancel enrolment where necessary.

4. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

• Attend sessions punctually

• Engage respectfully with the tutor and other students

• Bring required materials where applicable

Failure to meet these expectations may result in removal from a session or program.

5. Conduct

Day One Education is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Where necessary, Day One Education reserves the right to:

• Contact parents/guardians

• Remove a student from a session or program

• Refuse future enrolments

6. Limitation of Liability

While all reasonable efforts are made to support student learning, Day One Education does not guarantee specific academic outcomes or results.

7. Changes to Services

Day One Education reserves the right to:

• Adjust session times or formats

• Substitute sessions where required

• Update program content

Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.
